Delivery Timelines
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders across the UAE.

– Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed before 4:00 PM.
– Next-to-Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after 4:00 PM.

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including public holidays.

Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer. Additionally, delivery schedules may be affected during periods of high operational demand or unforeseen circumstances. While we always aim to deliver as per the timelines above, occasional delays may occur.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery fees are structured to remain transparent and affordable:

Free Delivery for orders AED 100 and above.
AED 15 delivery charge for orders below AED 100.
AED 10 Cash on Delivery (COD) service charge for COD orders.

Delivery Coverage
HYLO currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates.
However, delivery to certain remote or out-of-service areas may not be available or may require additional time.
