1. Why are products so discounted?

We get this a lot — and honestly, it’s what makes HYLO so special.

We mainly deal in near-expiry, clearance, and surplus products — items that are perfectly fine, high-quality, and often from the world’s best brands. They just have a shorter shelf life remaining.

Instead of letting these amazing products end up in landfills, we give them a second chance — and you get them at unbelievable prices.

They deserve better treatment. You deserve better deals. And together, we’re reducing waste and making the planet a little kinder.

2. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver the very next day if you place your order before 4 PM — because we know how exciting it is to receive your goodies fast!

If your order comes in after 4 PM, it’ll reach you the day after next.

That said, we’re human — and sometimes, things like remote locations (where our delivery partners don’t have regular routes) or heavy operational loads can cause small delays.

But trust us — we truly do our best to make sure your order arrives on time. You can even choose your delivery date (up to 7 days ahead) at checkout.

Deliveries usually happen between 10 AM and 10 PM.

3. Do you deliver outside the UAE?

For now, we’re proudly rooted in the UAE — it’s where our mission began.

We don’t deliver outside the UAE yet, but who knows what the future holds?

4. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Absolutely. Sometimes you just want to see your order before you pay — we get that.

Cash on Delivery is always an option.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We like to keep things easy and flexible.
